Friday Afternoon at Lion in the Wild HQ

The last supper snack.

________

This is the very last time I will ever work in my beautiful home office, as Brad and I are moving into our new home on the weekend (in fact, we started today!). I haven't spent a lot of time in my office over the last few weeks thanks to a heavy schedule, and now I'll admit to feeling a little sad about it. This office has seen a lot of creativity, hard work, a fresh layer of paint and, yes, blogging (AKA blood, sweat and tears). There have been more late nights than I could count getting down with my iMac, a bunch of Artliners and notebooks doing what I believe in; do what you love, love what you do.

And so, I find myself here, typing away to you during my very last Friday afternoon at Lion in the Wild HQ (#litwHQ according to Instagram), treating myself to one of my favourite types of snacks, barbecue chips. Unfortunately, they're not the most healthy choice, which is why I've been munching on Tyrrell's English Barbecue Crisps. I cannot tell you how much I love that they're free of MSG, gluten and anything artificial - tick, tick and tick! But don't be fooled into thinking that a chip this healthy(ish) has no flavour. These bad boys are packed with a delicious smokey taste that makes them ridiculously addictive (and may just distract me from work for a mouthful or three - oops).

Indeed, it's going to be somewhat emotional saying goodbye to this packet of chips space, but I've always been one open to change. In fact, don't they say that a change of environment is good for creativity? I don't need much convincing, really. And you know what? I'll be able to step out of the office during my break and walk to the beach. Now that, my dear friends, is a true breath of fresh air.

What's your favourite food to snack on in the office?
