I'm into designer threads. Like, seriously into them. There's something so damn special about buying a luxury product, but it's not something I have the pleasure of doing too often (yet). If I was ridiculously wealthy, yes, I'd probably have a wardrobe packed with luxe dresses and tops and skirts and shoes and everything in-between, but alas, I'm a 24-year-old with a mortgage (#humantruths).

Truth be told, when it comes to most garments, I usually only wear them once or twice, especially if it's for a particular event. So, you can imagine how excited I was to discover Your Closet, an online luxury dress rental boutique that allows fellow designer clothing (and accessories) lovers to experience this special feeling without the hefty price tag.

Now don't get me wrong, hiring luxury goods isn't a new concept (hello Sex and the City, amiright?), but Your Closet stocks the most incredible range of lust-worthy designers, including some of my absolute favourites like Christopher Esber, Nicholas, and Camilla and Marc (pictured). And what's that? It doesn't cost you an arm and a leg? Count me in, baby!

I had such a blast dressing up in some truly incredible dresses on the weekend, including this beautiful powder blue number by Camilla and Marc. The best thing about it (excluding actually wearing it) was not having to dry-clean it before or after wear, but simply putting it in the supplied return post satchel and viola! Kind of amazing, right? It's that easy.

The only problem is, with an affordable designer lineup this fabulous, how does one choose just a couple of dresses?
