#LITWxMinkPink.

This week I teamed up with MINKPINK to celebrate the beginning of winter and their fabulous new outerwear collection (best thing about the cold, no?). Monday to Friday - #5DaysOfMinkPink -  I styled my favourite jackets and coats, and shared them over on the @lioninthewild Instagram, and I sure had a blast doing it. I mean, who wouldn't want to wear MINKPINK all day, everyday?

MONDAY: Dusk Till Dawn Anorak


It was a long weekend in Western Australia (and coincidently the first day of winter), so Brad and I wandered down to the beach before the public holiday was over. We had another busy weekend, but it was so nice to chill-out and watch the waves crash on the shoreline, if not for a moment.

TUESDAY, 2nd June: Break of Day Jacket

While I spent the better half of the day getting on top of my inbox (seriously, you wouldn't believe the sheer amount of emails I receive!), I popped out of the office for some fresh air and fuel (read: coffee) in the afternoon and quickly snapped my cosy look for day 2 of #5DaysOfMinkPink. Can we take a moment to appreciate this fabulous shearling jacket for a moment?

WEDNESDAY: Reflections Biker Jacket

Decked out in a matching biker jacket and skirt, the sunshine was a rare thing in Perth for once this week, so I found myself quickly rushing out to embrace the warmth before it was hidden once again by the dark rain clouds. Since we're still technically in a drought here, I should've really been doing a rain dance to celebrate our drizzly weather. Next time.

THURSDAY: Pin Up Blazer

I adore any excuse to go outside and do photo shoots during the week, but often I find myself in my office in front of my iMac, typing away and drinking copious amounts of coffee (and water). While I like to feel like I'm 'at work', I also need to be comfortable, which is why I was so drawn to the pinstripe blazer and matching wide legged trousers. That's one thing MINKPINK does so well (among many); combining style and comfort.

FRIDAY: Road Trippin' Jacket



I'm all for casual Friday and there's no better way to do it than with a denim jacket and some comfy boots. You might not be able to tell by the cloudy skies in the photos, but this was a beautiful sunny day (for the most part), so I took advantage of the warmth with bare legs before it's just too damn cold.
