The weekly round-up.

How did Saturday come around so quickly again? I'm not complaining about it being the weekend, but I swear this year is just flying by. I mean, we're already approaching mid July! Wowzers. This year has been my most hectic since and this week has been no different, so be sure to read below to find out all the exciting things we got up to (including a big purchase and a new big closet!).

1. This week we said goodbye to our Honda City. Can you believe we've had it for a whole year already? You may remember that we were the very lucky winners of the Wish Style Challenge last year, which meant we have been driving around in the very stylish (and luxurious) Honda City VTi-L for the past year. Needless to say, our car-spectations are at an all-time high; keyless entry, push start, bluetooth, touch screen, . I cannot tell you how wonderful it has been to drive around in a shiny car for 12-months and how difficult it was to give it back (waaah!). In saying that though...

2. We bought a spankin' new car! Say what now?! After saying we'd never buy a brand new car, we bought a brand new car. Terrible, right? It's pretty damn stylish too, with some amazing  I'll be sharing with you the car over the next week on the @lioninthewild Instagram, so don't forget to follow along to see what we bought!

3. I'm thrilled to be back making videos for my YouTube Channel again, with my very first ' First Impressions' video! I trailed a whole bunch of amazing Urban Decay cosmetics from Mecca Maxima and on whole, I was very happy with the results. I've since used the Urban Decay Naked Skin Ultra Definition Powder Foundation again without the Beauty Balm, and I'm definitely loving it a lot more (not as cakey on my spots). There will be another beauty video up on YouTube tomorrow as well, so don't forget to subscribe.

4. We finally had our custom walk-in wardrobe installed (after more mishaps) at our new house. Needless to say, we're excited not to have a floordrobe. This weekend we're planning on hanging up all of our clothes and organising everything - exciting stuff! I was thinking I should make some content on our progress and perhaps even a wardrobe tour video - what do you think? Let me know if this is something you'd like to see!

5. While we're on the organisational topic, I'm also going to be sorting out my beauty products in our ensuite very soon as well. I just bought a whole bunch of baskets for everything from my cosmetics and skincare to hair products and tools. I'm on the lookout for chic bathroom accessories as well; either marble or a light wood, I think. Maybe even slate or concrete. So many options! Do you know of any amazing online stores for bathroom accessories?
