The WCU: Workouts & Daily Greatness

The Weekly Catch-Up.
________

Another week, another weekly catch-up. And before I go on, I really had to let you all know how much I adored all of your lovely comments on the last Weekly Catch-Up, and reading all about your week as well. It's truly such a pleasure to get to know you better and I'm excited to continue with our Weekly Catch-Up.

AM workouts.  This week I've been working out every morning and I can already feel my energy levels rise each day. I'm usually an evening exerciser, but it turns out that I do it best in the AM, especially seeing as though I wake up super early and can still be in the office at 7:00AM. On Monday, I'm beginning a series of pretty intense circuit workouts again, so I'm expecting to be pretty damn sore during the week, but hey, no pain, no game, right? When do you prefer to workout?

Daily Greatness.  I don't know about you guys, but I love notebooks and diaries. There's something about stationary that just makes my heart flutter. So, with that in mind, when my new Daily Greatness journal rocked up in the mail this week, I got ridiculously excited. I ended up going with the Daily Greatness Business Planner since growing my brand is going to be such a huge part of 2016, so I really can't wait for it to become a weekly ritual to sit down with it, and plan and action my big ideas. Bring it on. I'm going to feature it in an upcoming blog post anyway (it's so pretty!), so stay tuned for that one.

Charlotte Tilbury does summer.  When Charlotte Tilbury does something, she does it damn good and that is no exception for her summer range of beauty products. I've been playing around with a few new products this week, so expect to see some more amazing Charlotte Tilbury features on Lion in the Wild over the coming couple of weeks (think a peachy flush, sun kissed skin and shimmery highlights - oh baby).

Calvin Klein for #the2ofus.  Guess who got their hands on the spankin' new CK2 fragrance? [Insert very excited face here.] I have to say, I was impressed from the get go, from the sleek and modern glass bottle to the undeniably sexy genderless scent. That's right ladies and gentlemen, this one we can share, and as someone who had used her boyfriends' deodorant for years, I am well and truly onboard. Have you sampled the Calvin Klein CK2 Eau de Toilette yet?

I'd love to know about your week! Any new discoveries? x
