It's no secret around these parts that I fall head-over-heels for anything and everything bearing the name Charlotte Tilbury, which is why you've no doubt seen her luxurious products pop up here, there and everywhere on Lion in the Wild in recent months. I can't help but gush over every perfectly packaged product that ends up in my beauty collection. They're the pieces that I truly cherish, like a Chanel handbag or Louboutin pumps.

As it turns out, Charlotte Tilbury also knows summer like no other. If you're anything like me, then you ditch the twenty-step-face for something a little more simple, natural and comfortable when the temperatures rise (especially when we're in the middle of one of Perth's notorious heatwave - ick). And while I push the powders aside, it's the creams that become the star players.

Aside from my usual faux tan, I created this luminous look with a lineup of products that are surely second to none. It took only a minute or two with the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstars On The Go Palette (I'm wearing it in Some Like It Hot - how fabulous are the names, by the way?!) to create the dewy, washed, metallic eye look and coral lip. Using my finger to dab on both creamy and buildable shades, it was almost too easy and effortless, for surely it takes a lot longer to create a look like that?

With layers of mascara applied, I pulled out the rose gold Charlotte Tilbury Beach Stick Lip-To-Cheek Dewy Colour Pop and opted for the peachy  Moon Beach shade over the bright and playful Es Verda (this time, anyway). Now, I've loved a creamy blush stick since the launch of the Clinique Chubby Stick Cheek Colour Balm, but the CT Beach Stick offers a stunning dewy glow. Swiped on straight from the stick onto the apples of my cheeks, again it melted in with little effort within seconds and added a luminosity to my skin I thought could only be achieved after a week lazying about on a tropical island.

Finally, you can't be a golden goddess without the Charlotte Tilbury Super Model Body Slimmer Shimmer (or at least I definitely can't!). I didn't quite know what to expect from this tube of illumination, but my goodness, I'm glad I tried it. I swiped the cooling-metal applicator glazed in the shimmering liquid along my arms, shoulders, collarbones and chest, and blended it out with my hands, only to reveal glossy skin that surely couldn't be mine, but that of a Victoria's Secret model, right? JK, I'm only 5"6. Needless to say, the CT Super Model Body is beyond beautiful - just check out that glow!
