Another week, another weekly catch-up.  As we do every weekend, not only do I want to talk to you about the highlights of my week, but I also want to know about yours! Have you tried a new restaurant? Discovered your new favourite eyeshadow palette? Or treated yourself to a spa session? No matter what it is, I'd love to know! After all, Lion in the Wild is all about conversation, getting to know each other and discovering new things.

1. A weekend getaway. As you read this, Brad and I will be far, far away. Well, not that far away, but still, we've headed to the stunning South West for a quick weekend getaway. We haven't escaped our everyday lives for a very long time, so it's going to be so refreshing, especially seeing as though I end up working most of each weekend. Luckily I love what I do, but one thing I've learnt is that it's actually a good thing to take time off. I'll be vlogging the little getaway, so keep an eye out for that.

2. Sentimental Coordinates. Every once in a while you receive a gift so beautiful that you can't help but feel damn special. That was most certainly the case when I opened up a little white box from Coordinates Collection, revealing their stunning gold Sky Bracelet with the coordinates of one of mine and Brad's favourite places in the world, The Remarkables mountain range in New Zealand. 3. Affordable luxury. Or at least it is for a weekend of your choosing with Clutched. Earlier this week I got my hands on the  Yves Saint Laurent Classic Monogram Clutch and it was even more beautiful in real life. Clutched is a local Perth boutique that allows you to hire your favourite designer bag, which I am most certainly not opposed to. Don't get me wrong, I'll invest in an expensive bag one day, but for the moment I'm more than happy investing my house and travel and all that good stuff (and not being in credit debt). That's not my style, or at least not for a bag.

4. Joining the CK cult. Not a cult, cult, but the Calvin Klein cult. Because we all know if there is a cult brand, it's CK. In fact, it seems their Modern Cotton Bralettes have taken over Instagram over the last few months and now that I have my very own, I can see why (they're ridiculously soft and stretchy and comfy,  ahh). Shopbop currently have 25% off Calvin Klein underwear, so make sure you get on-board before it ends on the 15th February.
