I have to admit, I kind of felt like a schoolgirl in this outfit, with the collar and sneakers. Of course, my school uniform was no where near as cool with its maroon blazer and tartan pleated skirt (it was a nightmare to iron). Give me leather, marl and zip details any day of the week.

While this outfit has some old favourites (I've had the grey sweater for over three years and I swear it only cost me like $20 or so), it's the Cooper St trench coat that I'm really crushing on. The classic trench is an item everyone should have in their winter wardrobe and this dark grey version is no exception.

Of course, I'm not going to be packing it with me on our trip. I have a feeling I won't be needing any heavy layers on our tropical island holiday.  Heh-heh-heh.
