My Weekly Face Mask Challenge

Plus, I reveal my six go-to masks for glowing skin.

I have a confession to make: I've been lazy with my skin lately. Sure, I cleanse and moisturise everyday, as well as using my Grown Alchemist Anti-Oxidant+ Facial Oil and Alpha H Liquid Gold regularly, but my skin is in need of a little something-something. You know what I mean - it's just a bit bluh, a bit lacklustre. And so, in an effort to achieve the best skin possible, I'm re-introducing my weekly face mask challenge.

The challenge is simple: Take 15-minutes each week to apply and enjoy one of my favourite face masks (Intimo leggings not negotiable). It's so easy to get caught up in being 'busy' and our skin can really suffer, but it only takes a quick moment to rejuvenate it (not to mention that it's kind of good for the soul too!).

I'm not going to lie, I'm sitting here as we speak looking like some kind of mud monster thanks to The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask, which is working its magic along my t-zone, with the British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask on my forehead, cheeks and neck. Yep, I look ridiculous and I'm praying that nobody knock on my door right now.

On the bright side though, in five minutes when I wash it off, I'm going to be left with smooth, glowing skin (these masks are seriously that good). All that from a few minutes of effort - woohoo!

So, every Wednesday you can find me looking hilariously weird for 15-minutes while I enjoy one (or a combination) of my fabulously glamourous masks. And here are my six go-to face masks right now:

1. Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask
2. Lancôme Génifique Youth Activating Second Skin Mask
3. Ole Henriksen Power Peel (includes a Chamomile Comfort Mask)
4. Philosophy Renewed Hope In A Jar Re-Energising Moisture Mask
5. The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask
6. The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask

Are you going to take the weekly face mask challenge on too? I'd love to know, what are your favourite masks at the moment?
