ANKLE BREAKERS
As promised, the heel of the moment styled with my new sport-luxe shorts (or sport-luxe at a fraction of the price). I wore this outfit to brunch a couple of days ago by the water with Bradley. I wasn't sure if bare legs was the right choice for a cool morning, but the sun came out just as we stepped out, much to my appreciation. I would love to say that I wore my ski-high Tony Bianco's all day, and while they're more comfortable than the 12.5cm heel would have us believe, the Arcadia's are still ankle breaker status.
After brunch, Brad and I hit up Freedom to take advantage of their 'Absolutely Everything's On Sale' sale and buy the crisp white desk I'd been eying off (with a comfortable pair of flats under foot). To say we took advantage of the sale would be an understatement after ordering the said desk, as well as a large dining table and matching buffet, and a fabulous floor mirror. Needless to say we both thoroughly enjoy furniture shopping (and have similar aesthetic taste, which helps). Previously we'd spent our hard earned cash on travel and somewhat neglected the interior of our home, so it's truly exciting to invest in making it more 'homely', especially for my inner-designer.
I'm currently deciding on paint colours - who knew there were so many whites and grays?
