RISKY BUSINESS

Wandering around Fremantle aimlessly with a Theobroma hot chocolate in tow (Francesca you were right, the best hot choccy!), wearing my go-to basics and a bright printed blazer, is a morning well spent. When I say "aimlessly" of course what I mean is "trying-to-find-the-perfect-wall-to-shoot-today's-outfit-in-front-of", a dilemma I'm sure every blogger has on a weekly basis.

We stopped in front of this typically Freo facade on the corner of a fairly busy intersection. I remember when I first started blogging, I practically refused to shoot any place where there may be onlookers. Only recently have I completely turned my attitude around, after realising that the results are always worth the risk. Plus, what is life without a little bit of risk?

If the last few outfit posts are anything to go on, this coming summer I'll be dressing in my usual monochromatic ensembles with punches of bright colour, which in itself is another risk for me. I've spoken numerous times about my tendency to be attracted to black and white pieces, but I can't deny the euphoria oozing from this brightly printed blazer (thanks to Edith Boutique). Maybe this has something to do with my rebellion against the late arrival of our flawless spring weather?
