THE STYLISH TRAVELLER

While comfort isn't on the top of my list when it comes to my styling choices, it is a welcomed benefit. I may or may not have worn this complete outfit twice during the week Brad and I were in Victoria, and not just due to the warm weather and my lack of summer wear. Lola vs Harper have absolutely nailed it on the head with their oversized and elasticised (note: comfy) striped shorts.

As Brad is all too aware, I refuse to sacrifice style for practicality whether we're going to dinner or jumping on two consecutive 15 hour flights. Even in Quebec City, where at -30 degrees Celsius nothing is more important than avoiding freezing to death, I made sure my beanie choice matched the rest of my outfit. Only when my life (or somebody else's) is in danger would I make an exception, like that time I wore my track pants and Ugg boots to the hospital (if there was anyway to tell I was desperately ill...).

In saying this, my ideal travel outfit has to have the potential to take me anywhere, from exploring Point Nepean (pictured) to a trendy cafe in Sorrento. That my friends is exactly what this outfit does.
