My Favourite DIY Pamper Products
Because you deserve it.
________
It's Hump Day Wednesday, so I figured you're all probably dreaming about putting your feet up this weekend after another busy week. There is no better way to relax and indulge than a do-it-yourself pamper session in the comfort of your own home. Today I'm sharing with you some of my favourite (and no-so favourite) beauty products for that little extra pampering.
Begin your pamper session prepping your skin with (1.) Dr. Alkaitis Organic Purifying Facial Cleanser and (2.) Grown Alchemist Exfoliant (two of my daily favourites), and gently scrubbing your body with a (3.) Dry Body Brush. Now it's time to give a little love to your locks with the (4.) Hello Hair Hydrating Mask, which I left in for the whole hour-long session. While you're running a warm bath, apply your favourite mask. I used the (5.) Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Masque, which actually made me break out on the lower half of my face the next day. I'd heard great things about this masque, but it definitely didn't suit my skin type. Now for the fun part: add your (6.) MUD mixture to the bath. Don't be put off by it's murky colour because this is great to detoxify your body. Don't forget to use a flannel to wipe off the masque after 10-minutes or so. Soak in the MUD bath for around 40-minutes (or longer, like me) and then take a quick shower afterwards to get rid of the toxins on your skin using the (7.) Grown Alchemist Body Cleanser, and wash out the hair treatment. Finally, nourish your healthy skin with the (8.) Wilde Organics E' Lustorious Shea.
This will sure to leave you feeling relaxed, and your skin smooth and soft.
