My Top 5 Places to Eat in Bali

Bound to make your mouth water.

________

When it comes to eating in Bali, there is not shortage of incredible food. The hard part? Choosing. The selection of cafes, beach clubs and restaurants is truly astounding; one that will keep you coming back until you've sampled each and every one. While I've yet to try them all, I have listed my favourites below; the ones I cannot get enough of and won't hesitate to experiencing each visit.

1. Sardine

Let's just say, the photos do not do Sardine justice. While the views of the stunning rice fields behind the restaurant, which are perfectly lit at nighttime, are truly magnificent, the cuisine most certainly does not fall short, nor the service. A must-experience!

2. Metis Restaurant

A romantic setting with an extensive 5-star menu, again looking out to a traditional Balinese rice field.

3. Mozaic Beach Club

Whether you're feeling a by-the-pool tapas service or a 5-star restaurant experience, Mozaic Beach Club is the place to be, morning, afternoon or night. Read more here.

4. TAPA Bistro

I've been to TAPA Bistro more times than I can count during both visits to the island, and each time I'm incredibly impressed. My favourite dishes are the macaroni cheese (trust me, it sounds strange, but it will not disappoint) and the chocolate ice-cream bonbons. Read more here.

5. St Regis Brunch at Boneka

I have food dreams about the St Regis Brunch at Boneka. It is one of my favourite foodie experiences of my life, and I usually hate buffets (it's seriously good!). Gourmet food coma is more than worth it. Read more here.
