Embracing the Cool with Pure Moda

Some days all I want to do is chuck on a comfy tee and a pair of boyfriend jeans. Scrap that. Who am I kidding? That's most days. While I've got a magnitude of fabulous dresses in my closet, it's also brimming with casual tees and singlets that I wear on a day to day basis (hallelujah for working from home!). My latest addition is the Dirty Dancer top (you can check it out here) from PureModa, which is kind of ridiculously cool. Embracing the attitude, I got my very best 'bad gal' on by styling it  with a leather biker jacket and a pair of super rad Ray-Ban's. Yep, this is as bad-a$$ as I get (except maybe when I'm shredding the slopes - fair call?).

That's one of the best things about fashion; being able to take on different characters depending on what you're wearing, but essentially still just being yourself. Does that even make sense? I mean, I could dress up in a pretty dress or a cool printed tee and trashed denim, yet still be myself and stay true to my own style, whether I look super feminine or like a tomboy. Most of the time, I'm a pretty good mix of both.
