The Facial Sunscreens I'll Be Wearing All Summer
Lightweight, moisturising and protecting.

A regular feature, the Dermalogica Solar Defense Booster SPF 50 has been my go-to for a few months now. The white cream can either be applied straight onto the skin or, my personal favourite, mixed into your moisturiser or foundation. It has a pleasant scent and absorbs into the skin super quick, but the best thing is that it's SPF 50, so provides a ridiculous amount of protection (no leathery, sunburnt skin over here!).
Another favourite is the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Clear Face Sunscreen SPF 30, which I also just stocked up on with the higher protection Ultra Sheer Face Sunscreen SPF 50. Honestly, I can't physically tell the difference between the two, except that the Clear Face Sunscreen is specifically for breakout prone skin, so I tend to go for that one if I've got a few spots and the Ultra Sheer Face Sunscreen SPF 50 for when I need that extra bit of coverage. A little goes a long way with this one too, so it proves to be really good value for money, if you don't mind a slight sunscreen fragrance.
The Clinique City Block Sheer SPF 25 is a newbie to my skincare lineup and, my goodness, it's flipping good. It works as a great primer and moisturiser, and even contains antioxidants, so not only does it protect your skin from the sun, but also environmental factors. It's slightly tinted, and while it provides a teeny tiny bit of coverage, I find that it evens out my skin tone slightly and gives me skin a beautiful glow for the days I simply don't want to wear any makeup (often in summer!). Oh, and a little tip; make sure you shake the tube before use.
Finally, I'm finishing up today's article with a face and body sunscreen, the Jurlique SPF 40 High Protection Cream, because, hey, sometimes we can't be bothered using a zillion different products (amiright?!). It's a super rich cream, especially compared with the above lotions, and is packed full of amazing ingredients that make it worth the splurge, like Shea Butter, Super Berry Complex and Inca Inchi Oil (aka. fancy stuff that our skin loves). FYI though, if you're not into strong fragrances, then you might want to avoid this one, but I personally adore a lovely scent.
