PAMPER NIGHT PRODUCTS
I dedicate this post to those well in need of a pamper - you know who you are. You're a full time worker, full time mother, full time student and well, you probably haven't been spending enough time on yourself lately (because let's be honest, time is rare). I realised I too was in this predicament, so I jumped onto priceline.com.au and purchased a few pamper products:
1. Natio Face Mask Purifier - I am a huge fan of face masks, especially when they're clay and plant based. I currently struggle with the odd pimple or three (I thought I'd avoided acne during my teenage years, ha!) and this particular mask really helps to reduce those nasty buggers by cleansing the skin and absorbing impurities.
2. Sukin Organic Rose Hip Oil - This product has got a lot of hype for some time now, so I thought I'd give it a go. Despite being an oil, after it has absorbed my skin feels hydrated instead of greasy (though my skin tends to be on the dryer side to begin with). It's a product I'll continue to restock in years to come.
3. Nivea Lip Balm - This product is a no brainer, leaving lips notoriously softer and thoroughly moisturized.
With Bon Iver playing softly in the background (I still can not resist those tunes) and looking like a fool with a face covered in the Natio Mask, I was completely relaxed. To make my pamper night that much more pleasurable, I made sure to include a fresh manicure, a burning aromatic candle, my favourite Dior fragrance and an endless supply of Dilmah Spiced Chai Tea. And while a pamper night is probably not so realistic on a weekly basis for many of us, I'll personally be making and effort to set aside 'me time' each week to simply apply a face mask and give myself a quick manicure. Because we deserve it.
