Injecting Colour With A Day In The Life Boutique

And so, I continue to fight winter with fashion.
To be continued...
________

Taking full advantage of breaks between downpours seems to be the only way to take outfit photos these late autumn days. I spoke bragged about Perth's perfect blue skied winters last week, but this rain has well an truly proven me wrong. Yeah, I don't cope too well without continuous sunshine. In saying that though, I'm usually a huge fan of winter. The oversized coats, layers, scarves, beanies, you name it, I'm probably into it. However, this year I still can't get into the dropping temperatures. Perhaps that's because I can't remember the last time I had a full summer, thanks to our snow chasing tendencies (not that I'm complaining).

And so, I continue to fight this wintery weather with pops of colours and eye-catching prints, so unlike me in the past. On a serious note though, how flippin' amazing is this yellow MinkPink blazer from A Day in the Life Boutique? I have to say, while many seem to be reducing their wardrobes down to black and white, I'm thoroughly enjoying injecting mine up with colour, and lots of it.

Don't worry though, I'm still into black-on-black-on-black. You'll see.
