My 7 Favourite Clinique Lip Products (and Colours!)

There's no denying that I'm kind of obsessed with Clinique lip products, and having collaborated with their New York creative team last year, I have a lot of them too. So, I thought I would narrow down my substantial collection to just my absolute favourite products and colours that regularly grace my lips; there's a dark nude, a few pinks, the perfect poolside red and something a little darker. Without further ado, let's get started!

MY FAVOURITE CLINIQUE LIPSTICKS AND BALMS:

The first lip product I ever tried was the Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturising Lip Colour Balm and I wrote all about how much I loved it here. My favourite shades are 07 Super Strawberry (a dusty pinky/peach) and 15 Pudgy Peony (a hot pink), both of which apply as a slightly buildable sheer balm that does exactly what it promises; moisturise. I can guarantee that at any one time, I have at least one of these in my everyday handbag.

And just when I thought the Chubby Stick couldn't get any better, it did (and it has many times since as well). The Clinique Chubby Stick Intense Moisturising Lip Colour Balm is a collection of highly pigmented lip balms that are just as moisturising as their predecessor. The 01 Curviest Caramel (my new favourite everyday shade worn here), 04 Heftiest Hibiscus (you can see me wearing it here, here and here - the perfect poolside accompaniment, apparently) and 08 Grandest Grape (I wore it here in Thailand) top my list.

So, I've only tried the one Clinique Long Lasting Soft Matte Lipstick in 48 Petal (I wore it here), but it was enough to convince me that Clinique know how to create a kick ass matte lip. I wasn't sure if I'd really warm to this super bright pink shade, but it turns out I loved it and has since become one of my favourite ever light pink lipsticks. While it is a matte formula, it is also very creamy, which means it doesn't dry the lips and has exceptional staying power.

I need every single shade that the Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer comes in. It is seriously an amazing lipstick that was launch earlier this year and I was lucky enough to get my hands on it in the shade 16 Grape Pop (I swatched and raved about it here). It's everything you'd want from a lipstick; highly pigmented, hydrating, smooth and buttery soft. Oh, and it looks amazing!
