The Super Easy Shadow Tint Eye Look
The everyday eyeshadow that only takes minutes (if that!).
________
After loving the Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes in 12 Massive Midnight, I was so happy to finally get them in 03 Fuller Fudge and 05 Whopping Willow (pictured above, top to bottom), two metallic shades I know I'll wear a lot. There's something so convenient about cream products, especially in a stick format, and these two are no exception. It's great that you can quickly swipe them on the lid, blend without any fuss (I used the Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush) and then layer for more intensity. You can even take an Angled Eye Brush to the stick itself to collect product to create a sharper line (I created a smokey eye look with the Shadow Tint with this technique here). Either way, they're far more versatile than I ever imagined and a great product for beginners since they're so easy to use.
For this particular look, I first applied the Fuller Fudge Stick to the creases and outer corners of my lid, and blended it out with my Crease Brush. Then I swiped on Whopping Willow to the middle of my eyelids and smudged it. To add a little more intensity, I applied more of the Fuller Fudge to the outer corners without blending. I finished the look by lining my eyes with the Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place' Eye Pencil in Coffee and applying lashings of mascara.
I'd love to know your favourite cream eye shadows and shades! Let me know in the comments. <3
