The Best of Clinique's New Releases

A mask, a new Chubby Stick and a couple of new shades.

A change of a season always brings with it a whole bunch of new collections, and not just the fashion type. I'm talking beauty here ladies (and gentlemen). In fact, I managed to get my sticky fingers on a few new bits and pieces from Clinique, and once again, I'm very impressed by what the beauty mecca has to offer.

First on my list is the Clinique Turnaround Revitalising Instant Facial from the Clinique Turnaround Collection, which is all about energising and revitalising skin so that it's healthy, fresh and glowing (yes, yes and yes). There's something I really love about a do-it-yourself facial and I try to do them at least once a week, depending on what my skin is doing, but I feel like the Clinique Turnaround Revitalising Instant Facial is a great mask for when your skin is in pretty good condition already (aka. not breaking out like I am right now - sob) and you just want to improve the texture and add a natural radiance. What I love about this mask is not just how good it feels after I've applied it, but how seriously soft my skin is after I've massaged it in and washed it off. In fact, I feel like it's going to be a great mask to add into my multi-masking routine for a little extra natural glow on my forehead and cheeks, as well as using it once or twice again during the week, time permitting.

When I heard that Clinique released a brand spanking new Chubby Stick, I knew I had to add it to my stash. In fact, it was only time before they created the Clinique Chubby Lash Fattening Mascara, which I have in Massive Midnight. Not only does the Chubby Lash Mascara complete my Chubby Stick collection, but is also another addition to my Massive Midnight stash (since when did I love a navy eye so much?). Well, either way, it turns out I do and I'm glad for that because navy is definitely the new black. If you're not a navy type of person though, it does come in a range of other rich colours and, of course, black.

The next two products won't be anything new for you, except that they're both being released in a whole bunch of new shades come early November (and you won't be disappointed). There is no doubting the popularity of the Clinique Pop Lip Colour and Primer, which has become a favourite among not just bloggers, but it seems everyone who is impartial to a good lipstick. The Pop Lip Colour and Primer in the soon-to-be released shade, Rebel Pop, is as dramatic as it is rebellious (and I'm not even the rebellious type!). Paired with its darker, more purple partner, the Clinique Quickliner for Lips Intense in Intense Licorice, Rebel Pop creates a bold, sexy lip that is the perfect Friday night accompaniment (see proof here).
