Is This The Best Ever NARS Laguna Orgasm Duo Dupe?
Hurry, it's a limited edition!
________
As with any beauty product with a serious cult status, there have been a few dupes since it's release and rise to stardom. The most notable is the e.l.f cosmetics Blush and Bronzing Powder, which is clearly a much more affordable rip-off of the original (I mean, even the packaging is almost identical). Then there's other similar products on the market like the Lorac Cheek Duo, Too Faced Limited Edition Soul Mates Blushing Powder and Urban Decay Naked Flushed Blush Palette (on my wish list!), so how does the Nude By Nature Bronzer and Blush Duo Palette compare?
Looking at the pan, the NARS Orgasm Blush has a slight metallic gold shimmer and is more pink in hue than the matte peach of the Nude By Nature Cashmere Pressed Blush. The bronzers also differ in that the Nude By Nature Pressed Matte Bronzer is far warmer than the NARS Laguna, which has more of a green base in comparison. And while those differences are very minimal, the two palettes are surprisingly very different.
The Nude By Nature Pressed Mineral Powder is extremely pigmented and is most certainly not for the heavy of hand, however the unbelievably soft Double Ended Contouring Brush that comes with the Bronzed Beauty Gift Set makes that a lot easier. It's a really great palette for summer, where I crave that healthy sun kissed glow (without actually getting kissed by the sun - SPF all the way people!). What I really adore the most though, is how natural it looks thanks to its matte texture. My goodness, it looks good paired with a fake tan! But then again, it also successfully warms up my naturally pale complexion, sans tan (as shown below). Oh, and if I were you, I'd get in quick because the Nude By Nature Bronzed Beauty Gift Set is a limited addition and selling out super fast!
