The Eyelash Curlers That Actually Work
The ones with the legendary status.
________
At $29.00 a pop from David Jones, they're not exactly the cheapest pair of eyelash curlers on the market. Goodness knows I've got a couple in my stash that are worth a third of that and, quite frankly, don't even achieve a quarter of the amazingness the Shu Uemira pair do (nor can they boast a long lasting curl). In complete contrast, the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler has an incredible ability to gently curl the lashes upwards at the roots without missing a single strand.
The first afternoon I used my newly purchased eyelash curler, I had not a swipe of makeup on and expected nothing extraordinary (but hey, one can hope, right?). Then the unimaginable happened - with one five-second clamp, the lashes of my right eye were magically curled upright to the point where they actually touched my brow. Surely it was too good to be true? Nope.
With both eyes done, I proceeded to gloat to Brad (who really didn't care or understand the significance of such a find, but whatever) about how brilliant this buy was! Of course, I had no idea yet just how much I would love it.
Fast forward over 12-hours and a good snooze later, and to my complete surprise, I discovered that my naked lashes continued to hold their fabulous curl. Say what now? Yeah, I was nothing short of stoked with my magical discovery that somehow transformed my lashes into a fan of flirtatious lusciousness. Yeah, best $29 I've spent in a while!
Have you used the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler yet?
