Creating Content and Coffee Art

The weekly round-up.
________

Another week down (one that has gone far too quickly, might I add), another weekly round-up. This week was another productive one, with lots of unpacking, testing new products and creating a heap of new content, so stay tuned!

I learnt how to create coffee art. Okay, very, very, very amateur coffee art, but still! I decided for Instagram's sake that I just had to figure out how to create pretty patterns on top of my morning coffee. That, or I have way too much time on my hands (which I definitely don't). Either way, the more I look at that cup of coffee the more I realise how sucky my coffee art actually us. Oh well, I still like it.

We finally finished unpacking our boxes. Yes, it has taken us a good three months to actually get around to unpacking everything from our move. The worst thing is though, that that's not all of our boxes. We still have a whole bunch of them in storage in Brad's brother's shed, which we'll hopefully unpack this weekend. I have a feeling we'll end up selling most of the things in the boxes though, since we've live without them for months and months.

Huge 50% off Maybelline haul. When Priceline does a sale, they do it right. I used to buy up big time when they had their 40% off makeup or skincare sales, and this time was no different. I've heard so many amazing things about Maybelline cosmetics lately from lots of other beauty bloggers, so it was only time until I did a big splurge. I may have squealed with delight when the package arrived yesterday morning, brimming with mascaras, eyeshadows, lipsticks and more. I'm ridiculously excited to try the Maybelline Color Tattoo Eye Shadows after being convinced that I simply had to have them in my kit.

The first H&M store opens next week! I can't believe it's finally here; H&M Joondalup opens in exactly one week and I expect it to be one of the biggest launches Perth has ever seen, among Zara and Topshop, of course. I'm going to the VIP Launch late next week and it's set to be a pretty amazing event, so I'm hoping to try my hand at vlogging for the first time and share the experience with you.

It's all about brows. Thick and natural brows have been the 'in' thing for a long time now, and I just discovered an amazing product to help you fake those statement Cara brows. I'll be sharing with you my current brow makeup routine on the blog over the coming week, which will include new products and old favourites that keep my brows in tiptop shape. Also, I may have spent this morning finally getting around to waxing my monobrow (no jokes).

What did you get up to this week? x
