These days, there's not too many sales that tempt me, let alone get me to pull out my credit card. The lure or 10% or even 20% no longer has the power it once did, but 50% off, now that is on a whole new level. So, when Priceline decided to mark down every single Maybelline product on the shelves and online to half price, I was practically throwing my purse at the screen of my Macbook.

It seems as though Maybelline have had positive reviews coming out of every product launch recently and I can't count the amount of times a beauty blogger has recommended the Maybelline Colour Tattoo Eye Shadow, so it was the perfect time to try them out for myself. Unfortunately I missed out on the FitME Matte + Poreless Foundation in my shade (I couldn't believe how quickly it sold out), but I did score a whole bunch of other Maybelline goodies, so be sure to watch the video to see what I splurged on, plus swatches.
